Mounira Latrache builds workplaces where people feel alive, kind, and wildly creative —even when the Wi-Fi is faster than the heartbeat.
For 20+ years she worked as a leader at international companies like BMW, Red Bull, Google and YouTube, leading international comms teams and co-creating the mindfulness movement that still shapes Google’s culture today.
While launching products and handling crises, she was also teaching engineers how to breathe, listen, and trust each other. That mix of hard-edge tech and soft-edge humanity became her super-power.
Today Mounira is the co-founder of
Connected Business and the Inner Transformation Academy. She trains leaders on five continents, is a certified Search Inside Yourself teacher, and has been honored with Google’s Culture Award for “outstanding impact on people and culture.”
Her mission is simple but profound:
help companies stay human in a digital world—so no one sleepwalks through work, and everyone goes home proud of how they treated each other.

Her book Connected Business: How I learned to lead myself and others was published by Ariston/Randomhouse Publishing in April 2020.
For years, she felt like she was fighting an invisible force—
trapped in overworking, trying to prove herself in a business world built on power and control. In her relationships, she kept repeating dysfunctional patterns,
believing this was just how life worked.
She thought if she worked harder and pushed through, things would finally change.
What she didn’t realize was that she wasn’t just stuck—
she was running on a script she didn’t even know She had inherited.
Unconscious conditioning, and a lifetime of putting herself last had built an invisible cage around her. And the worst part? She believed She was the problem.
